Dibagi menjadi 6 session @2 jam (termasuk Tanya Jawab), utk 5 peserta.

I. Sejarah kopi dan pengenalan bermacam kopi.
II. Teknik seduh manual dan apresiasi cita rasa kopi.
III. Membuat konsep kedai kopi.
IV. Teknik seduh dg mesin (esspresso coffee machine).
V. Uji cita rasa kopi dan karakter kopi daerah Indonesia.
VI. Menu variasi kopi.
